Processing purposes

A&P Projects bvba collects and processes personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, follow up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, follow-up of the solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

 

Legal basis of processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of article 6.1. (a) permission, (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract), (c) (necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation), (f) (necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests to do business) of the General Regulation Data Protection. As far as the processing of personal data takes place based on article 6.1. a) permission, the client is entitled to withdraw the given consent at any time.

 

Retention period

Personal data processed for client management will be retained for the period necessary for it to meet the legal requirements (including record-keeping obligations).

 

Right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data

The client has the right to inspect his personal data at all times and may (have it) correct(ed) if it is incorrect or incomplete, remove(d), allow limited processing of it and oppose the processing of his personal data, as based on article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on the provisions. In addition, the client is entitled to obtain a copy (in a structured, acceptable and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.

In order to exercise the above rights, the client is required to:

  • adapt the settings of his customer account; and/or

Direct marketing

The customer has the right to object to us free of charge each processing of his personal information for direct marketing purposes.

These buttons work through pieces of code that have Facebook and Twitter as their original source. This code is used to place cookies. We have no influence on this.
